(주)피콘(이하 ‘회사’)은 이용자(이하 ‘회원’)의 개인정보를 중요시하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 회원이 제공하는 개인정보가 어떠한 용도와 방식으로 이용되고 있으며, 개인정보 보호를 위해 어떠한 조치가 취해지고 있는지 알려드립니다.
회사는 카카오 간편로그인을 통한 회원가입 시 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같은 개인정보를 수집하고 이용합니다.
회사는 수집한 개인정보를 다음의 목적을 위해 활용합니다. 모든 유저 DB는 ‘회사’에 귀속되며, ‘회사’는 서비스 운영 및 인플루언서 지원을 위해 이를 활용합니다.
회사는 회원의 개인정보를 원칙적으로 외부에 제공하지 않으나, 회원이 특정 인플루언서의 피드를 통해 가입하거나 ‘알림받기’를 신청한 경우, 해당 인플루언서의 원활한 서비스 운영을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보 조회 및 사용권을 제공합니다.

회사는 원활한 개인정보 업무처리를 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리 업무를 위탁하고 있습니다.
회원의 개인정보는 원칙적으로 회원 탈퇴 시까지 또는 알림 서비스 이용 종료 시까지 보유 및 이용합니다. 단, 다음의 경우 명시한 기간 동안 보존합니다.
회사는 원활한 개인정보 업무처리를 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리 업무를 위탁하고 있습니다.
회사는 개인정보 보유기간의 경과, 처리목적 달성 등 개인정보가 불필요하게 되었을 때에는 지체 없이 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다. 전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용하여 삭제합니다.
회원은 언제든지 등록되어 있는 자신의 개인정보를 조회하거나 수정할 수 있으며, 가입 해지(동의 철회)를 요청할 수 있습니다. 이는 서비스 내 ‘설정’ 또는 ‘탈퇴’ 기능을 통해 가능합니다.
Peakon Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) values the personal information of its users (hereinafter referred to as “Members”) and complies with relevant laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act. This policy informs Members of the purpose and method of using their provided personal information and the measures taken to protect it.
The Company collects and uses the following personal information to provide services when a Member registers through Kakao simple login.
The Company utilizes the collected personal information for the following purposes. All user databases (DB) are vested in the “Company,” and the “Company” utilizes them for Service operation and influencer support.
As a general rule, the Company does not provide Members' personal information to external parties. However, if a Member registers through a specific influencer's feed or opts to “receive notifications,” the Company grants the right to view and use personal information to that specific influencer for smooth service operation, as detailed below:

※ Note: Members have the right to refuse the provision of personal information to third parties; however, refusal may restrict the receipt of Alimtalk notifications from the respective influencer and the use of customized services.
The Company entrusts the processing of personal information for smooth business operations as follows:
In principle, the Member's personal information is retained and used until the Member deletes their account (withdraws) or until the use of the notification service ends. However, the information is preserved for the specified periods in the following cases:
The Company destroys the personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary, such as when the retention period has expired or the purpose of processing has been achieved. Information in the form of electronic files is deleted using technical methods that render the records unrecoverable.
Members may view or modify their registered personal information at any time and may request cancellation of registration (withdrawal of consent). This can be done through the ‘Settings’ or ‘Delete Account’ features within the Service.
