서비스 이용약관

The purpose of these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) is to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Peakon Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and the users (hereinafter referred to as the “Members”) in using Peakon (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), an influencer content curation and real-time notification service provided by the Company.

• Service: Refers to the influencer content curation, short URL redirection, Alimtalk (Kakao notification) dispatch, and related additional services provided by the Company.
• Member: Refers to followers and general users who enter into a user agreement with the Company through Kakao account integration and use the Service.
• Influencer: Refers to creators who curate their own feeds within the Service and provide information to Members.
• Alimtalk: Refers to the essential notification delivery method via KakaoTalk used to send Members updates such as influencer news, group buying (gonggu) openings, and live broadcast alerts.

• Members can easily conclude a Service user agreement by logging in with their Kakao account.
• Upon registration, the Member agrees that the information provided by Kakao (name, profile picture, mobile phone number, etc.) will be utilized for the operation of the Service.
• If a person registers by misappropriating another person's account, their use of the Service may be restricted, and they may be held legally liable.

The Company provides the following services to Members:

• Integrated feed and post viewing services for specific influencers.
• Alimtalk dispatch services for influencer updates and marketing information.
• Information regarding various events and experiential campaigns.
• Secure redirection services to external platforms (Instagram, TikTok, e-commerce sites, etc.).

• The Company may send essential notices related to Service operation (registration guidance, Alimtalk top-up history, etc.) via Alimtalk, and these are considered mandatory notifications for Service provision.
• Commercial advertising information such as influencer group buying openings, live broadcast start alerts, and event news will only be sent if the Member separately consents to ‘receive advertising information’ upon registration.
• Members can opt out of receiving notifications at any time through the in-Service settings or by blocking the respective KakaoTalk channel. In this case, reception of marketing notifications from the respective influencer may be restricted.

The Company may send useful information related to the operation of the Service to Members via Alimtalk. This is an integral part of the essential information delivery service requested by the Member to maintain communication with the influencer.

• External websites (shopping malls, SNS platforms, etc.) accessed through links posted within the Service are not operated by the Company.
• The Company assumes no responsibility for product transactions, content reliability, or any other issues that occur on external websites. All such responsibilities lie entirely with the operators and sellers of those respective sites.

• Members must not engage in any activities that interfere with or disrupt the stable operation of the Service.
• Members must not reproduce or distribute information acquired while using the Service for commercial purposes without the prior written approval of the Company.

• Members may terminate the user agreement at any time through the ‘Delete Account’ (Withdrawal) function within the Service.
• If a Member violates any provision of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to restrict their use of the Service or terminate the contract without prior notice.
